Matte Finish Front & Back Jewel Case Inserts (stomper format). Part 41022C. One 2-panel front insert and one 2-panel back tray insert, for laser or inkjet printers. These inserts are constructed from 100 lb. stock. They are micro-perforated and scored to allow for ease of printing, separation and insertion into jewel cases. The layout consists of one front insert and one back tray insert. Templates: Dieline (.pdf file) Specs (.pdf file) Instructions: In order to print on labels with most printers, be sure to select 'thicker paper' or 'card stock' (or similar), or 'glossy paper' (for glossy labels) as the 'media type' in the print dialog box. And, for best results, print labels one-at-a-time and select 'manual' in the 'paper source', if available. Do not use the automatic paper feeder for labels.
