The FalconMedia Platinum Archival DVD-R has been
specially designed for long term archiving. Platinum
Archival DVD-R’s use an innovative Platinum-Silver alloy
that guarantees similar corrosion resistance as
Gold based archival media, but at a much lower cost.
This corrosion resistance makes Platinum Archival
DVD-R’s inherently robust against small pinholes
or other defects in the bonding resins.
Accelerated lifetime tests executed under high humidity and
high temperature conditions confirm the excellent archival
lifetime of Platinum Archival DVD-R discs. Platinum Archival
DVD-R guarantees safe archival storage for over 100 years.
The use of high reflective Platinum-Silver alloy and standard
premium recording dyes ensures the best possible drive
compatibility during recording and playback.
Ultra Hard Coat is the best option to protect the content
