How to redeem your Reward Points
• Simply sign-in to your account using the e-mail address that is tied to the earned Reward Points, here.
View active and pending Reward Points in your Account Dashboard, in the Reward Details section.
Pending points will be moved to your active points, 3 days after order confirmation.
• Add item(s) to your cart like normal, then click Proceed to Checkout button.
• Complete the checkout form, and click on -> Reward Points in the payment methods section.
• Below this, Available Points will show. Enter the Reward Points you wish to apply, and click the Apply button.
Reward points have no cash value, and must be used towards an on-site purchase to redeem. 1 point = $.01 value.
• If there is still a balance due, select a second payment method, to complete payment for your order.
Active Reward Points expire after 180 days, and are only redeemable at GenesysDTP.com.
The following order methods do not earn Reward Points (and Reward Points cannot be applied towards payment):
phone, e-mail, manually entered, custom quotes, marketplace (ebay/amazon) and eGift Certificates.
