SHIPPING OPTIONS Orders are generally shipped on the same or next business day.  If there will be a delay in shipping your order by the second business day, you'll receive an e-mail with a status update.  No shipments are made on weekends.  UPS generally does NOT deliver on weekends and USPS does not deliver on Sundays.  Most orders ship from Connecticut (USA - zip code 06755).  You may wish to take this into account when selecting a delivery method and estimating delivery time-in-transit.  Click here to see a UPS Ground time-in-transit map. Note:  A small percentage of orders & most new hardware items may ship directly from an alternate warehouse, depending on item and stock availability. If this is a concern (due to expected delivery time), please e-mail. DOMESTIC ORDERS  For United States, shipping methods available are UPS, USPS and Saver.  UPS Ground is available to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico.  UPS Next-Day Air  to certain locations in Hawaii and Alaska may actually be a 2-Day service.   UPS does NOT deliver to USPS PO boxes.   USPS Express Mail is two days time-in-transit. US Saver (US Only, 10 Lbs. Max) is a flat-rate, low-cost shipping option. For US Possessions, UPS Ground service in NOT an available option. USPS Priority Mail and UPS Air (Two-Day and Next-Day)  are the only available options.  For US Military Mail (APO, FPO), USPS Priority Mail  and US Saver are the only available options. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS  For Canada & Mexico, shipping methods available are UPS Standard Ground, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Saver and UPS Worldwide Economy. For All Other Countries, shipping methods available are  UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Saver and UPS Worldwide Economy. For orders shipped to Canada, you will be responsible for all customs fees, duty fees, taxes and brokerage fees, where applicable. These fees will be payable when you receive your package. For order shipped to Other Countries, you will be provided a Guaranteed Total Landed Cost.  This means that you will pay all fees upfront (no additional VAT, duties, taxes or brokerage fees will be charged upon delivery). EBAY ORDERS  Over 200 countries are eligible for low-cost shipping with the eBay International Shipping Program.  Professional custom processors at the US International Shipping hub process the package, complete customs forms, and ship the package to the address that you specified at the time of purchase.  Items that ship through the eBay International Shipping Program  generally arrive within one week after departing the US International Shipping hub.  For more details, visit here.
