For Now Vs. Forever
The Power Of M-DISC™ Storage
Up until this point in time, digital storage has had a short shelf life, forcing you to decide what is worth saving temporarily as opposed to permanently.
Thanks to M-DISC™, the permanent storage solution, you don’t have to decide. The old standbys for digital storage such as hard drives, DVDs, and flash
drives, only last from one to eight years; then the natural degradation and decay set in.
But M-DISC™ preserves and protects your files by using an M-DISC M-READY™ Drive to engrave your information into a patented rock-like layer,
resistant to light, temperature, humidity and more. It’s easy. It’s proven. And it’s the new standard in digital storage. Save what matters most to you for up to
1,000 years.
Don’t Think Years. Think Millennia.
Whether you’re a scrapbooker, a business owner, a genealogist, a photographer, or all of the above, you can’t afford to lose your priceless memories or data.
M-DISC™ is designed to last for up to 1,000 years, which means once written, your documents, data, medical records, photos, and more can be read forever.
Unlike computer hard-drives and optical discs (CDs and DVDs), M-DISC™ preserves and protects your files by engraving your information into a patented
rock-like layer, resistant to light, temperature, humidity, and more. In fact, The U.S. Department of Defense put this to the test, and M-DISC™ was the only
solution that passed. The M-DISC™ cannot be overwritten, erased, or corrupted by natural processes. Best of all, it’s more widely compatible (readable and
recordable) with most current blu-ray drives.
With our new 25 GB Blu-ray M-Disc, you can now archive more easily with a larger capacity disc that is more widely compatible with drives in the market.
Our new Blu-ray is based on the same 1,000 year standard for longevity, and is certified by the Blu-ray Disc Association to meet all current standard drive
specifications for optimum Read/Write performance.
The Longevity Of Chiseling Into Stone. But Easier.
Meet the M-DISC READY™ Drive. Compatible with both Mac and PCs, this marvel literally engraves your files into the M-DISC™, where your data will
never suffer from decay or natural degradation. Once written, your files will be readable with all current Blu-ray drives.
Many computer manufacturers worldwide, such as LG, Acer, and Dell, already offer the M-DISC READY™ Drive as an option within their systems. Look
